Shipping to Australia: (Please allow 7 days for dispatch and up to 14 business days for delivery).

Shipping to USA - Rates & Delivery times: 

Our shipping rates are now weight based, please add items to your shopping cart for a quote.

Our method of shipping will take approximately 4-14 business days to arrive, we will add notes to individual listings if we anticipate a delivery time longer than 14 days.

We ship our USA orders with the help of a shipping agent located in Michigan, the postage costs advertised on our website are the combined costs of shipping our polishes from Canberra, Australia where they are made to Michigan USA where our orders are then dispatched to your United States delivery address, we ship by this method of postage to shorten the wait time for orders and because these rates are a lot lower than by shipping Internationally by Australia Post.

For International orders we are now able to ship 24 bottles per order, please place two separate orders if you would like to purchase more than 24 bottles.

Orders are shipped from Michigan by USPS First class International Mail. 

Large orders may be split in to two packages.

Customs Fess and Duties are not included in our shipping rates and are at the buyers own cost.

Any polishes damaged in transit will only be refunded after proof has been shown, replacements will not be provided. In the case of missing packages refunds will not be available until 16 weeks after the dispatch date to make sure the package is lost and not just delayed in transit, Insurance is not included in our shipping rates if insurance is required for your order please contact us for a quote.

International Shipping: **Please Note Due To Covid-19 There Are Longer Than Normal transit Times With International Mail To Europe, Asia and New Zealand, If You Are Located In These Countries Please Allow 8 to 20 Weeks For Delivery**

International Large Orders: DHL Shipping is available for Large International Orders or Group Buys with a minimum purchase of fifty bottles of Nail Lacquer. Shipping rates start from approximately $100 USD and do not include any duties or import fees, delivery time for these International orders is approximately four weeks, please contact us by email for a shipping quote. (Shipping for group orders is from Australia, only shades in stock in Australia can be purchased).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING ADDRESSES - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT HAS YOUR CORRECT AND FULL STREET ADDRESS WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS WHERE THE INCORRECT ADDRESS HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

Refund Policy - Returns/Exchanges are not accepted, if a product is faulty it can be returned and a full refund or store credit will be provided, please contact us at glampolish.customerservice@gmail.com if you have any issues or questions about any of our products.

Incomplete Address Policy - If a package is non deliverable and returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be required to pay additional shipping for the package to be re-sent to the correct address or a partial refund will be provided for the product minus shipping cost paid. 

Lost/Missing Mail Policy - For USA and Australian orders If you do not receive your order within 2-3 weeks after the dispatch date please contact us by email so we may investigate, we are only able to provide a refund or replacement for USA and Australian orders that are lost or damaged in transit if we are contacted within 12 weeks after the dispatch date. 

For International orders If you do not receive your order within 4-6 weeks after the dispatch date please contact us by email, we are only able to provide a refund for International orders that are lost or damaged in transit if we are contacted within 16 weeks after the dispatch date.
